An MCP server for nutrition, strength training, powerlifting, strongman, recovery and mood. Your food log, lifts, sleep and stress live in one local database, so Claude can reason across them. Nothing leaves your machine except food search.
The four powerlifting tools do not need a database, so they run here. The page loads the repo's real tool code, registers it on a stand-in MCP object and calls the same functions Claude would call. The lifts are whatever you type.
The tools that log meals, sets, sleep and mood write to a local SQLite file, so they are not run here.
Generated from the source on every deploy.
One local MCP server. Your data stays in a SQLite file on your machine.
Meals, sets, bodyweight, sleep and mood go into one local database, so Claude can read all of it together.
Claude can pull volume, sleep, nutrition and mood in one answer, then reason about why a lift has stalled.
No account. The only outside call is food search against Open Food Facts. Each tool call is audited to a local log.
Python 3.12 or later. Not on PyPI yet, so install from source or use the image.
